Reporting update

Self-service reporting now shows a helper/warning if a user is trying to create a report scope that is too large and could production performance degradation. Things that might trigger this include:
- A date range that is too large (spans multiple years)
- No restriction to a pool of serial numbers (includes all devices)
- Not returning only required fields (requesting all data)
Best performance and usage of self-service reporting should ideally include a scope in each category of when/who/what, which makes reports quicker to process and produce results without consuming too many system resources.
